I-465 Semi Accident injures Gregory Lacey and Zachary Wright
Starr Austen & Miller is investigating a semi accident on I-465 injuring Gregory Lacey of Marble Hill, Georgia and Zachary Wright of Cicero, Indiana. In addition, another person was killed as a result of the accident.
On September 21, 2011, around midnight, Wright was on the side of the road on I-465 near I-74 working on a disabled vehicle he was occupying. The currently unknown driver of a pick up truck, and his or her passenger, Lacey, stopped to assist the disabled vehicle.
A tractor trailer driven by Paul T. Morris drove onto the shoulder of the road and struck all three people who were outside the disable vehicle, working on it. The driver of the pick up truck was killed, and both Lacey and Wright were injured in the crash.
