DuPont Imprelis Class Action Update

Defective herbicide Imprelis continues to hinder tree growth as late as May 2011. Scott Starr, attorney at Starr Austen & Miller has been traveling for the last two months with expert witnesses visiting golf courses and observing the damages done to their trees. Evergreen trees should be sprouting new growth this time of year, but there appears to be no new growth. It’s clear to us that Imprelis continues to damage these trees.
