Andrew Miller has been a partner at Starr Austen & Miller LLP since 1996 when he began practicing law. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wabash College and a law degree with honors from St. Louis University School of Law.
Focusing his practice on civil litigation, Andrew has represented a wide variety of individuals and businesses who have suffered personal or financial injuries. He has handled wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, stockbroker misconduct cases and complex, nationwide consumer class actions claims.
Andrew has extensive jury trial experience, acting as lead counsel in cases throughout the State of Indiana. He is admitted to the Indiana Bar; United States Supreme Court; United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit and the United States District Court Central District of Illinois.
Andrew regularly works cases with local councils throughout the country, provides pro bono services and is Cass County’s representative to Indiana’s Pro Bono District V Board of Directors.
He is a member of the Cass County (Indiana) Bar and Indiana State Bar Associations. Since 1996, Andrew has had extensive involvement in a wide range of Logansport community activities. A past president of Logan’s Landing Association, Andrew was also a board member on the Logansport’s Downtown Improvement Organization, Cass County Red Cross, Cass County Community Foundation, Pastoral Council at All Saints Catholic Church and the Principal Advisory Committee for All Saints Catholic School. He is a faculty member of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation.
Andrew has been married to Amy and they have three sons. They live on a farm in Cass County.

Starr Austen & Miller was lead Plaintiffs’ counsel in a class action filed on behalf of approximately 300 Ohio residents who had their brokerage accounts improperly liquidated without authority by Defendants. This case pended in Ohio state court.

Starr Austen & Miller represented a group of approximately 100 individuals in Indiana State Court against Edward D. Jones & Company for marketed shares or interests in certain real estate limited partnerships to the Indiana plaintiffs group.
Thurman D. Albright, et al. v. Edward D. Jones & Company
Starr Austen & Miller represented a group of approximately 30 individuals in Indiana State Court again Edward D. Jones & Company for marketed various oil and gas limited partnerships to the Indiana Plaintiffs group.
Motorola I Class Action
Nationwide class action which claimed that the Defendant designed, manufactured, distributed and supplied cellular phone with a defective antenna.
